Overview:  Primary responsibilities are to deliver exceptional care to our residents.  Will assist with the direct care needs of all our residents and be part of a team that works together so that our residents Age Gracefully with the dignity and respect that they deserve.

Must possess exceptional customer service skills and a love for the older adult population including Alzheimer’s and dementia residents.  Our Hands with Heart philosophy is the cornerstone of our care to ensure each of our residents receive the highest level of compassion.  This can only be achieved by team members that always go above and beyond to exceed our resident’s expectations.

Requirements:

• Must have successfully passed the state approved Certified Nursing Assistant program and be listed on the state registry.
• Must be a Customer Service Superstar.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with other team members, residents and families.
