Passive Health Monitoring
Through the use of our ZonHealth technology platform we can continually monitor our Memory Care residents to more proactively address potential health concerns and reduce the potential for falls or other harmful events.
ZonMoments
Our Memory Care Life Enrichment program ZonMoments is a philosophy about maximizing our residents’ daily experiences. Our staff receive extensive ongoing training about capturing a “Moment” with our residents. That Moment can be a simple smile that brings back a memory or dancing the waltz as the big band music plays. There is no greater joy for our staff than to create a Moment for our residents.
Purpose Built Design
Our Beacon Harbour Memory Care environment was created to allow our residents to enjoy life in a safe and secure environment. Each resident can experience their day in calm, relaxing surroundings that allow them to interact with families, staff and visitors by creating Moments.
Hands with Heart Care
Our care begins before our resident moves in. We learn the life story of our resident so wherever they may be at that Moment, we can be there with them. We integrate their life story in their daily routines so our staff ensure the residents patterns and preferences are not only honored but encouraged. Our signature Hands with Heart Care is the philosophy that is instilled in each of our staff members so they are equipped with the compassion and knowledge for each resident.
Family Partnerships
At Zon Beachside we want our families and friends to be partners in our resident’s daily experiences. Whether a family is close by and can visit regularly or far away we desire their involvement. Through ZonConnect, we integrate technology to ensure our families are only a click away from interacting with their loved ones. Our residents can see pictures uploaded by their families and our staff are equipped with the ability to take pictures of our residents experiencing daily Moments that can be shared with families. Special Visit Boxes that contain items to help stimulate memories are available for our families to use while spending time with their loved one to enhance their time together.
Zon Fresh
We customize our restaurant style dining to meet the needs of our Beacon Harbour Memory Care environment. Our philosophy is ZonFresh is more than a meal, it’s an Experience. Through flexible dining times combined with an assortment of dining options, our resident’s experience is catered specifically to them. With our ZonFresh philosophy we create Moments for our residents each meal.
